There have been some problems going on. All of these problems started because of Circe. Odysseus's men went to Circe's island, because they got blown off course. Then Odysseus told his men to and check the island out. None of Odysseus's men knew who the island belonged to, or even if it belonged to anybody. Circe saw that these men have arrived, and brought them to her cottage that was in the jungle.

She hands a potion to the men saying that they would get strength, and more attractive if they would drink this potion. All of the men who took the potion turned into swine. Once the men turned into swine, Circe put the men in a pen, and fed them pig food. Not all of the men turned into swine though. One man decided not to take this potion, and reported back to Odysseus.

I heard this story go through my ears, as I listen carefully, as Athena is telling this story to me. Athena tells me that I have to go and help Odysseus before he also gets turned into swine. Not only that, but for it was my father's orders, that has told me to do so. I listen to my father and my sister, and go to save Odysseus and his men. I start flying through the air, with my winged shoes, and everything else I carried to go and find Circe's island.

After a quite a bit of time passed, I saw Odysseus's boat just floating there next to Circe's island. I started admiring the boat, the beautiful land, and the water. Before I forgot what i was suppose to do, I started heading to land, on the island. I saw Odysseus running through the jungle ready to find his men.

Before I lost sight of him, I ran ahead to stop him. Odysseus stops. Odysseus please stop and listen. I have been sent here by my father Zeus, god of lightening. He has sent me to come, and help you. I pick up a herb from the ground. This herb will help capture Circe. Circe will try to give you a potion, it won't turn you into swine, and then it will trap her in a cage, and this will free your men.

Odysseus starts racing off to go and free his men. As Odysseus sees Circe, she does the same exact things as she did to Odysseus's men, in order to try and turn him into swine. The only difference is that Odysseus has the herb. Odysseus starts to drink the potion. As Odysseus is drinking the potion it looks like he is hoping that everything will turn out ok. Just as I said, Circe gets trapped in a cage. Circe had to let Odysseus's men go, and turn them back into men. The only difference now is the men were better looking then before they got turned into swine, and they were stronger too.

Odysseus's men head for the boat, to get back on track, trying to head for home. Before Odysseus leaves though I go up to him to talk to him. Odysseus you did a brave thing today. You have your men now. You will go through many other struggles, more worse then this, but you will get through them. Who knows we may meet again. I start watching Odysseus and his men leave on his boat.

I am now starting to fly towards home. Now I am starting to see my sister, sitting upon our cloud, which we call home, doing her job. Before I can say anything, she asks me have I helped Odysseus. I look at my sister with a smile, and say yes. I start telling her the story, of how I helped Odysseus.

Before I could finish though Athena started telling me that Odysseus need help once again. Wow Odysseus needs help again? It just seems like i saved him just now. Time really flies up here though. Anyways, Odysseus has been staying with Calypso, instead of leaving to his home in Ithica. If he stays there with Calypso, the Odysseus will never stay on track, and none of his men will get home either. I start grasping on the my sister's words.

Before Athena could even finish I flash off to go, and save Odysseus once again. I start going in for a landing where Calypso's home is. Once Calypso sees me she seems not very happy. She asks me what do you want? I tell her that I want Odysseus, because I have been sent here, and he need to return home to Ithica. Calypso, and I start arguing about this subject. For Calypso has made a love interest in Odysseus, and didn't find that she had to let Odysseus go.

Once I came to an agreement with Calypso, she let Odysseus leave her. I could really tell Odysseus wasn't sure if he should leave, but he knew it was his duty. Not only that, but Odysseus missed his wife back in Ithica. Calypso just looking at the ground trying not to cry. I feel really bad, but it's for the best. I look at Odysseus, and tell him we shall meet again, for it only seemed just a little a bit a go i helped you save your men. Then I start flying back towards home.

Once I arrive back home I see my sister. She smiles at me with a big grin on her face. If you have learned anything today what did you learn? I have learned that you should help others, because if you help others, good will come out of it. Very good say my sister Athena. Now that I'm done with helping Odysseus for today, I am ready for the future, and to learn more lessons in my life.
